TOPunt Gent VZW TOPunt unites the 3 pupil guidance centres in Ghent. We guide children and youngsters within a school context and work closely with parents, schools and social care services. TOPunt Gent takes priority to the guidance of pupils who are educationally challenged due to socio-economic factors. VZW TOPunt has a strong connection and collaboration with local policies. The three pupil guidance centres have approximately 250 employees who work together with more than 200 schools (elementary, secondary and special schools) and reach approximately 98.000 pupils. We collaborate closely with the city of Ghent.

As a classical university (1531) with around 56,000 students, 3,600 lecturers, 1,900 technical staff, the UGR offers a wide range of courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Every year over 4,800 international students choose the UGR to take full study programmes or via the approximately 800 exchange agreements in which the UGR is involved. The UGR is the leading European university in number of Erasmus students received, and in 2007, received the Erasmus Gold Star Award in recognition of its contribution to the programme. Additionally, the UGR is a full member of numerous international networks such as the Coimbra Group, UNIMED, EUA, IAU, EAIE, etc.
Mission and Objectives: As a public higher education institution it is committed not only to quality and excellence in education, learning and research but also to activities targeting the transfer of scientific, technical and artistic knowledge to society, the betterment of society and a sustainable environment. As a modern university with a long-standing tradition, the UGR strives for improved and increasing outreach and the promotion of strong links with its local and regional context. Respect for the dignity of individuals, freedom of thought and expression, justice, equality, solidarity and eradication of discrimination are among the main values of the UGR. Due to its long-standing tradition, geographical location and high standards, both in teaching and research, the UGR regards internationalization as one of its strategic aims.
Main Projects / Activities: Its main activities are related to higher education, learning and research in a very broad sense. Its more than 100 departments carry out high quality research and teaching activities at all levels. Central services for students, research equipment, continuing education, summer schools, language training, transfer of knowledge, work placements, etc. are available for all the members of its academic community. The UGR is involved in a vast number of national and international projects financed through different programmes such as FP7, LLP, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Erasmus+, H2020, Europe for Citizens. At this moment, the UGR is participating in >60 EU funded education projects being the coordinator of > 10 of them. The International Relations Office-IRO counts with a specific unit composed of 6 staff members who deal with the management of international education projects in close cooperation with the rest of key units (finance, information, mobility) within the IRO.

KOIN.S.EP CYCLADES-ALTERA VITA is a Register Social Cooperative Enterprise of Collective and Social Benefit ( Koin.S.Ep.) based in Syros since 2015 and takes action in the prefecture of Cyclades. ALTERA VITA is a scientific research centre and implements education and awareness programmes, working with volunteers in the areas of Education, Environment, Culture and Social Intervention programmes, at community level. ALTERA VITA provides training to specialists who offer services in mental health and other health professionals, educators, managers etc., as well as parents and couples. The training framework of ALTERA VITA is based on the principles and applications of the Systemic- Dialectic Epistemology.
The main goal of training is the development of "the whole person" Anthropos. Experts with special knowledge, experience and training in their subject offer the opportunity for trainees to follow a flexible program from wherever they are, with only limited access to internet, with e-courses, to increase social and professional changes in areas such as the social economy, Pedagogy, Psychology, Health Promotion, Organic Farming, Environment and Sustainable Development, the Arts and Culture, new technologies. The distance learning system is based on the use of e-Learning platform. Recently Altera Vita developed a new platform for MOOCs seminars.
ALTERA VITA participates at the European Network of Social Authorities. ENSA is a network of cities and European Regions that has the aim of promoting international cooperation in the social field. ALTERA VITA is also an active Member of the European Network of Youth Theatre.
Member of the International Artistic Committee of the EUROPEAN FESTIVAL OF YOUTH THEATRE based in GRENOBLE- France, since 1989.

Skolutvecklarna Sverige AB is a privately funded enterprise working with inservice teacher training courses, development of school organisations, supervision of school staff as well as publishing of books and psychological and special educational tests. The company has expertise in the school psychological and special educational area, as well as research in self-regulation, metacognition, executive functions and academic achievement. The company has four paid staff and a number of associated members in a national network across Sweden in the educational sector from preschool up to adult education. We annually arrange a large number of commissioned courses in schools andmunicipalities for school staff, as well as regular specialist courses for psychologists, special education teachers etc in f.ex assessment, consultation and intervention methods aiming at children with special educational needs.

School of Social Sciences through Department of Education and Department of Psychology is responsible for initial and continuing teacher training for the last 25 years as well as psychology courses. For the moment run the following courses of 1st cycle: Pre-school education, Primary Education, Psychology, Sciences of Education. And the following master degree courses: Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, Teaching Portuguese in the 3rd Cycle of Basic and Secondary Education and Spanish /French in Basic and Secondary Schools, Teaching Visual Arts, Mathematics, Biology and Geology, Physics and Chemistry, Philosophy in the Secondary School Sports Training, Sports Management, Educational evaluation Studies; Psychology of Education, Clinical Psychology and Special Education. A Doctorate programme in the area of the Sciences of Education is also running. The organization also has protocols of cooperation with all schools and teacher training centers, as well as Associations and Educational Foundations (as Fundação Eugénio de Almeida), that could be local partners in this project.

Imagine If Partnership Ltd is a not for profit organisation that works to support young people to develop their social and emotional capability to be able to better function in education and future employment. We have worked with young people from the age 9 to 25 in in schools, local authorities, universities, businesses including Tottenham Hotspur, University of Exeter, Nandos and Devon and Hertfordshire offering experiential learning and focused coaching.
We have designed and developed Assets for Success, a framework that helps people identify and develop critical behaviours to support their emotional growth and development. These are measured on our unique 4G framework giving all participants a sense of development, direction and achievement. These processes are supported by a range of accessible materials and development activities that are directly delivered or offered through a local coach/mentor network. This programme is a response to regularly reported behaviour and absenteeism problems in schools and skills gap in employment Working in schools at an earlier age enables pupils to develop capacity not only to improve their learning but be better prepared for future work.
Imagine if has also developed a well-being programme entitled I Belong. This programme was designed to support teachers/school staff to better understand and respond to some mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bullying. The programme was delivered nationally and supported people in everyday contact with people experiencing mental health issues to feel more confident and able to respond, notably teachers and support staff in schools. We have also written and delivered a national Supervision programme and published on young people and their support needs.
